IBE GmbH emanated in 2001 from the IBE engineering firm founded 1991 in Glonn near Munich. The company and its employes develop and market software for business process management (BPM). The flagship of IBE is the simulator development environment PACE with the modelling and simulation language MSL. In addition IBE develops simulators for production and business processes and applications for the optimization of processes for logistics, administration, and industial production.
